The slogan says everything, Everyone wants to fly by British Airways because it excellent service whether when flying or at the time we are buying a ticket or booking. British Airways its not about whereabouts they fly but where we want to fly. They offer the best service because they want their slogan to happen, they want British Airways to be the favorite Airline of the world. So, the whole attention is focus in their costumers, to make us feel confortable with them, to makes choose them again in our return of our next trip.
